This company misleads you when they call and make it sound like they are a legal firm that is taking legal action against you. When in fact its a company that buys debt and tries to scare you to pay them. They will claim that they will subpoena you but in my situation when I said please do because I know they had no claim they immediately tried to get you to pay instead. Its nothing more than a collection company that uses social engineering and makes inferences that they are a legal firm and that legal action is being taken against you.

They used the name of Adam Jenson (agent) investigating but a short call revealed that they were misleading.

DON'T TELL THEM ANYTHING AND HAVE THEM SEND YOU THEIR CLAIM IN WRITING......
