These people are Old Republic Default Mgmt Svc from 500 City Parkway, Orange County, CA. and may be involved in a suspicious mortgage abuse scheme.  They said they are with Chase Bank and want to do a Brokers price opinion of My home.

Old Republic Default Management Services - one of the services they provide are property valuations to the mortgage industry. No scam - they provide a 3rd party, arms length opinion of value, either to mortgage company or insurance company or ?  I have worked with them in the past concerning properties in our area. Sometimes lenders don't do an "appraisal" for a loan, but get several price opinions from several sources.
