Green tree. They'll call even if you aren't delinquent, claim you are in default and otherwise threaten you. Remember, most of you have a grace period set out in your promissory note that allows you to pay after the first, usually 10-15 days, and you are NOT in default if you pay during that period. You can tell the green tree clown to go pound sand, tell him never to call you again, and hang up. IF he calls again, send a certified letter to green tree ordering them to communicate with you ONLY in writing, and never by telephone.
