I have been receiving calls from this number for the past two weeks.  They call every other day about twice each day.  No one answers but a recording is played with a woman asking for a vote and to stop by the Orange County Employees Association and participate and yaddaa yaddaa yaddaa.  This type of harassment by Labor Reps should be illegal and punishable by the law.
