DSHE, calls and nobody is there.  Not answering phone is not an option.  If phone companies can charge you for caller ID, they can at least provide the real phone number and they can.

Caller ID is DHSE - I answered even though I figured it was a telemarketer.  Indeed - with a typical sales pitch.  I stopped him after his question about, which home improvement of 4 that he listed am I looking to do first?... He was cordial and even pleasant, he informed me that the company is a Go Green Program ... but finally admitted that they are a for profit 'contractor' and even provided their name (Direct Home Energy Solutions - almost matches the Caller ID) and I asked if they can send me something - he said they don't advertise so as to keep costs low - I replied I don't do business that way, and he thanked me for my time.  After I briefly googled reviews (a website for them was listed and a BBB link with no complaints listed) - I checked Angie's list and there are no listings for the company name or abbreviation.
