Caller didn't leave a message on my machine and the caller id said "Out of Area" which usually means telemarketer/scammer since every legitimate caller I know leaves a message. So I ran 3 reverse traces using 3 different types of traces and all were blocked for a person or business name and the only information was a general location of Yorba Linda, California using the service provider 01 Communications Inc.-CA. This is definitely a scammer that is either spoofing numbers and/or using a VoIP System to phish for personal information while running some scam. A legitimate business would never hide their identity and location from the public by blocking a trace. DON'T ANSWER AND DO NOT CALL BACK FOR ANY REASON. Block and report to the proper authorities. Phone companies should be held responsible for these types of calls since they are making money from them by providing the systems and services that these scammers use and possibly farming out numbers too.

SICK OF "OUT OF AREA"!!
This # is fairly close to me, so to have this & so many other saying that makes me certain that it's a telemarketer/sales/SCAM call. Getting blocked right now.

They have been harassing and calling people. They called again at 3:55 PM PST. They are owned by 01 communications company. Report it to them.

Caller ID: UNAVAILABLE  Machine answered and female, thinking she had a live victim on the line, began reading the same old script we've all heard before: that her company spoke with me a while ago about work on my house. She said her name was Jean Wyhall.  Poor Jean hung up after no response.
