I received the same call stating they was from the credit bureau. Also a guy with a Indian accent stating a lawsuit will be filed against me and I will be arrested and see you in court. I swear they call me every day and I have no idea what for. This form of harassment is crazy because people in India are great hackers and they should be the ones arrested for harrasment. I've read a lot of people have been scammed and actually sent money to these hackers believing their lies just not to get arrested. I contacted my bank advisor when I first received the call because they actually called my job. I don't even know how they got that information. The bank advisor told me that they make up phony website like you won an amazon gift card or your eligible for a payday loan and that's how they get you.  They will make the website look official and once you enter your info they got you.

Just a rehash of the fake irs scam. Ignore these dummies and block any numbers they use. Don't talk to them or try to call back.

This number called me. Indian voice telling me I was getting a lawsuit against me and I was like wtf since when. I was scared af but when my friend tried calling back he just hung up in Our face and blocked our numbers. This is definitely a scam!

India guy with name john lol said I was getting arrested and he had case number for me and to go to court with number to get papers on why I'm being arrested ...lol..my family is law inforcement and they don't for worn you you are being arrested...lol..he said he didn't like the way I spoke to him n he hung up ...I did call him a [***] with the name john ...lol ...made my day john
