They have called me twice from two different numbers, when I called them back they claimed to be a law office. When I explained to them that per their two voice mails, threatening to take me to court and that I am going to be arrested is a violation of the fair dept collection act and they immediately hung up on me

same here. this call just came out from nowhere

Called left message that they've tried to reach me several times. They threatened a wsrrant and I d be arrested. Claimed it was a credit bureau. I called back, I asked who they were trying to reach. They gave my ex married name which I rarely used. They repeated I would receive papers I'd be arrested and they'd see me in court. I don't nor ever have owed anyone anything. Obviously a scam. I have also placed my numbers on national do not call list. I shouldn't even be getting these calls. Can't understand why people waste time doing this type of stuff.

Said they had been attempting to reach me and they were a credit bureau. Also stated that I would be arrested and ended with "see you at the Court House"
