SAME HERE JUST GOT A CALL FROM THAT NUMBER, WHO IS IT ???

I called it back and it is Premium Asset Services, so probably a debt collector.. the a-holes that buy old debts and try to collect on them.

Yup, that's them. Bottom feeders of the world. The best one I heard was that if I didn't call them about MY property, (I rent) I was going to be taken to court.

It's a scam. Claim to be debt collectors, but not legit. Will try to phish for personal information, or use scare tactics to get you to pay them. Tried to extort money from me, using my brother's "financial situation" as made-up leverage. Block this call and never answer it.
