They must of thought i picked and called us by name.... XYZ From "central heating and air".  Since i am on no call list not too happy. So i called the # and it was a disconnected number. Spoofed! Why doesn't the phone company or our govt. do something to stop these thieves?

Just received call - did not answer; left no message.  Grateful for this site to help verify unwanted callers.

10:48am 12/3/15 Caller would not respond to my hello's for a few seconds then hung up. Normally, I do not answer unknown calls. I'll go back to this policy.

I suspect this is a robo-dialer building a active (not disconnected) phone number list
