Yep just did today on my cell.

ID said Midway City, CA.  No message left.  Blocked

Got a call from this number, answered it and was hung up on. Called back and it went to a voicemail after about 8 rings. Said it was from Westminster, Ca

No message.  Has to be a scam.

I picked up and and he immediately asked for my dad. Assuming it was a telemarketer for solar panels and such and requested to have my number removed from the call list, he IMMEDIATELY blew up and said "No, you know what? Your call is going to be bombarded with messages and calls blahblahblah." I then asked to see what it was in regards to and he said that he was calling from the IRS. Really? IRS never calls, buddy. I then called my dad and told me that these people were just fishing. Good luck everyone. Hope you call tell them to "F*** off"!
