Since a phone number can't start with a 0, these people must think we're really, really stupid. FCC needs to require all phone companies to provide free, unlimited call block since their DNC call list isn't helping. Call block is the only thing that has slowed these guys down. It's amazing how many calls come in daily that say "call blocked" on my phone.
