I belong to the do not call list, maybe thats why this number shows up only as 714. I didn't answer it, but would like to know what or who it is.

It is a bill collector by the name of Phillips and Cohen asst's, it is not a law firm and is under investigation for harrassment and there are several law suits against them.

This caller repeatedly calls me every 5 minutes or so for several hours. I have not received any collection agency notices in the mail from any of my creditors. They leave no voicemail message. I have also had several calls that state NO Caller ID. Its very annoying getting these calls on my cell phone especially when I am driving or at a doctors or other type of appointment.

THEY KEEP CALLING ME AND DONT LEAVE A MESSAGE. I WONT TOLERATE THIS TYPE OF NONSENSE. EITHER LEAVE A MESSAGE OR STOP CALLING.

This is a collection agency called Phillips & Cohen Associates, trying to collect a debt of a dead relative.  

They call and say, "May I speak to the person handling the affairs of the late ________ Weasle?"  They asked who I was, and I said, "That's none of your business."  They then got very angry and hostile on the phone, so I hung up on them.

I did not co-sign for my dead relative's debts so I am not responsible.

When they call on my cell phone, it just says "714" but when they call on my landline phone it says "unavailable."  So, now I just don't answer the phone when I see either of those on my caller ID.
