automated wanting me to press 1 to talk to a rep.

Got 2 calls from this # and an 866#, both saying that I was a "person of interest in a legal matter" associated with my social security #.  Have read several other posts about them on another site, have had PDL's in the past, but ALL have been paid, and the last one was paid out 3 years ago.  What do I say to get them off my back?

constant harrasment call from this company for the past month, threating to sue, and constantly calling my job, manager and family members

Keep getting unwanted calls from this number.

I don't know this number but they call two and three times a day saying stay on the line a Rep needs to talk to you, then the Rep ask for a person i don't even know, i told them to stop calling but they continue..and when i ask who they are they hang up.. I,m pissed off.
