Just received a call from this Breast Cancer number and in case you're wondering I DID answer. She asked for Devon, and I said I'm sorry you have the wrong number. Then she proceeds to say OH Well, yes ma'am  we are....blah..blah.... donations.....blaaaah. I paused for a moment before declining as it just seemed awkward the way she was speaking. Then, the voice changes and asks to speak to John. I said aloud "what!?" The comes Becky, Linda, Mark...pause...can we speak to the man of the house?....Jim please? Carl...long pause...can we speak with the woman of the household?...
On and on. I admit, I was entertained but seriously I was weirded out by the voice changes. They should have a demon voice!

Received a call from this number today.  Called ID reads "Breast CancerFA" - not sure which org. it may be.  No message left on my answering machine.

scammers - I have a digitone call blocker and my phone doesn't even ring  Caller only hears one ring and get hung up on.
Tired of the B.S. callers.   Get a real job, instead of sitting on your as_.

Had a call last evening (8:30 pm) and did answer it because of some of my medical issues.  The gal identified herself as "Amanda" and she was loud,  rude and obnoxious.  Butt in on me and wanted me to make a donation.   Told her I donated to certain groups and was not going to donate to hers.   I finally thanked her for calling and hung up on her.

I listed that as a "non-profit organization" type of call but I would question this call.

Just got a call from 713-955-5609 at 443PM today, Friday.  Caller ID said BreastcancerFA.  I told the girl I never donate over the phone and she hung up without another word.

This is the Breast Cancer Financial Assistance Fund.  It has also gone by American Cancer Fund.  Whatever the name, it was named one of America's worst charities in November 2013 by the Tampa Times.  This charity spends less than 1% of what it takes in to help cancer patients.  Over 80% of its donations is paid to their fundraisers.
