A person from this number is behind the Fake Payday Loan scam!! He called threatening to file felony charges on my husband if he refused to pay him $2,000. My husband never took out a loan. He had sensive information about my husband like his S.S number and D.L number. I called the number and he refused to tell me the name of his company and he kept placing me on hold. He finally told me that he worked for a company called Medial Resolution Services or MRS (which does not exist). When my husband called he told him he worked for Mediation Resolution Sevices, which is a true company out of Michigan. However, when my husband called that company they told him they only deal with people in the state of Michigan. We live in Texas and have never been to Michigan! Please do not fall for this guy. I called the police dept and contacted my mother, who is an attorney, and both agreed he was breaking the law and this was a scam. Nobody can file charges criminal charges on a person for not paying back a loan, that would be a civil case.
