Got a call from a blocked number. They said I would be 'served' at work or at home on wednesday and that I am being sued. They said to call 713-766-4358 in order to stop this from happening. Its a scam, I do not owe anyone anything, its a scare tactic.

I recieved the exact same message as Nancy from a Ronica Miller, Legal Courier.  My caller ID stated that it was an "Out of Area" call which initially got me suspicious - nevermind the fact that I don't owe anyone anything.  Calling them after hours, their VM message stated that they were someone called "ACP".  

If they are truly process servers, they would be stupid to warn you that they will be serving you and on what date.....
