Individual at the above number stated his name was Michael Davis and was attempting to illicit information for a "supposed delivery".  He then asked for the address and my social security number from my wife...she immediately hung the phone up...I believe this individual is attempting to illicit information for the purpose of obtaining funds illegally...a violation of the RICO statute.

Just called looking for my sister-in-law, who has never lived at our address or had this phone number.  When I told the woman this she hung up on me.  My sister-in-law had a debt collector looking for her before Christmas so this is probably the same thing but was bought by another collector.
