answered. no response for 10 seconds then it disconnected

I answered the phone, and they hung up as soon as I said "hello?"

They call my cellphone.  I did not answer. 713-725-0100  They left no message.  Definitely spammers, block number.  August 15, 2016.  (713) 725-0100
