Annoying Telemarketer

They called and asked if I had a business. I said no, and they said ok thank you and hung up.

this rude person called and said they wanted to know about credit card use and number

Caller asks to speak to the owner of the business -
I ask 'what it is regarding?'
He says 'credit card processing'.  
I say 'we are not interesting in changing our credit card service'.  
He says 'it's about a change in the laws'.  
'So what's the change in the law?'
'Are you an owner of the business?'
I say 'So you can't tell me about the law?'
'No, because you're not the owner.  Does that make sense?'  
'No', I say.
'Well, you have a blessed day.'  He hangs up.

Called asked for the owner, I asked name and what is it in reference to.  He yawned and hung up.
