Receiving weekly calls from this number on my work cell without a message but just a music recording and today I heard South Asian men speaking and laughing and then it hung up.  I certainly do not know anyone in Texas (if this is where the number is) nor would I have reason to be conducting business with anyone there so clearly this isn't legitimate.
