A rude male is calling from an anonymous number and telling anyone he talks to that he is a about to file a fraud case against somebody you know, such as relative or friend.  He tells the answering party that if they really care about you and your life behind bars, then they are to have you contact him at 713-588-2639 ext. 3019.  He will not give you his name or the name of anyone in particular to speak to, just that everybody at this legal office will be more than happy to assist.  I determined that these are bill collectors who bought a debt that is over 7 years old and they are no trying to collect on this.

This a bill collector harassing relatives and friends of the intended target. He is telling them that he is  preparing to file a fraud case against the target and they are to have the target call 713-588-2639 ext.3019 immediately.  The male will not give out a name and states he is with the fraud processing department of the court.

This number just called me and it was the same girl that called me earlier but from the number 205-558-5852, now calling me from 713-588-2639 saying that she is advising her client to go forward with the case against and will be contacting my human resource department to have me served.  And she said she was from the Division of Capital Risk.

A guy just call my phone stating his name was John Willis asking for me I told him he had the wrong number. I only answered because it was a Houston number and I'm waiting on an important phone call. He left no message and hung up and immediately called my work phone and hung up when it was answered.
