I am assuming this a bill collector of some sort; GNG.  They pass themselves off a state investigators ... the name they gave me was Ms. Collins.  Called me because my last name is the same as some person named Shaneekqua (or however the heck it may be spelled).  They told me she was my relative; hmmm NEVER.  When I told them I doubt it, my family would not have a name like that .. Bubba yes, Shaneekqua .. no.

I keep getting these collector calls from this company after informing them many times that its not me nor do I know her nor has she had this number since I have had it almost 10yrs ..

Just got a call from this office saying they were calling on behalf of CDL and Assoc. (Never heard of them). Claimed they were San Antonio Legal Services and wanted to know if I had been arrested yet on this legal matter. Funny, given I am fairly certain I couldnt answer a cellphone in jail. I informed this Ms. Collins that impersonating an attorney, a law office, and threatening arrest are illegal tactics, and that San Antonio Legal Services doesnt exist. She immediately said, well I will send them out to pick her up then and hung up.  I will turn them and their number into the authorities.

They called me from this number today saying that my sister sherry has pending charges on her social security number, criminal charges, etc if she doesnt call them back. That is a direct violation against the fair debt collections act and i will be contacting a lawyer to sue them for the violations.

Received a "threatening" call from this number and would like to pursue a legal complaint.

just got a call from a lady calling herself Ms. Harris telling me that i needed to pay some insane amount of money today or else wages and property could be seized from me. The company she claimed to be working for is called Location Services i asked where is she located and she couldnt/wouldnt tell me but went on to state the they have offices in 47 states
