Scammers testing for stupids. Blocked number.

Received a call on my mobile phone from 713-528-4823 on 1/27/2017 at 12:37pm EST. Caller ID displayed "Houston TX". Did not answer and no message was left.

Based on comments posted elsewhere it appears that this is yet another number being used by the "Card Services" scam. The frequency of calls I have received from numbers associated with this type of scam has been increasing recently, particularly on my mobile phone.

I have added this number to my Google Voice block list. If the caller attempts to call again they will receive the not-in-service recording.
