Was expecting a call and answered.  The number calling was 713-503-5603.  It was a car warranty scam.  Sort of sounded like a real person but it was a recording.  I immediately hung up.  These a*Shats are doing the usual SPOOFING of phone numbers and using 713-503 as the prefix (because it is close to my cell number and they are thinking that I might think it is a legitimate call).  Well ... got me to answer on this occasion  ... but only because I was waiting for an important call.  But, it did them absolutely NO good ... immediately hung up. Hope Karma bites them!

Number showed up as 713-503-5821 on my cell.  Did not answer & no voicemail left.  Probably some aS*hat scammer spoofing someone else's legitimate phone number.  Seems that lately the scammers love to use the same beginning digits of a phone number that they are calling and change the last four digits.  In this way, they think the recipient of their scam call will think that it is a relative or somebody that they know since the number is close to their own number.  Well .... good try .... but, too bad (lol).

Today 713-503-7987 called my cell.  I am thinking that the very same a*Shats are calling.  They seem to enjoy using 713-503 as the prefix and then just use various numbers for the last four digits.  Wasting time SPOOFING numbers and calling my cell, because we're home but we are NOT answering. lol
