received a call from 713-421-9089 did not answer it called back on my work phone and it said could not complete your call.

Got a call from this number, said he was from some insurance co., said could not understand him, he said "F - - k you" I hung up.

Got call from him an hr ago, he said he is from insurance .......  he start integrating me !!! name ... phone email.
told him im not interested , he said what do mean !! then he cussed me out :(

These calls are unsolicited.  Caller speaks with heavy Asian tongue.  When questioned who they are and how got number, he disconnected.  I called number. Recording said not a working number.  Who assigned their number?
