Called after 8pm. We never pick up - ever. No message.

Calls 2 or three times a day.  No message ever left.  Even when I answer it is a delay for them to speak and a bad connection.  

They have called us repeatedly for 2 to 4 weeks, never leaving a message and since they don't identify themselves on the caller ID, we do not pick up.   Did a little research and it shows the call comes from Houston and it's a telemarketer.   We have been on the Do Not Call List since we got this number several years ago AND we are registered on the Texas Do Not Call List.   We pay for this line but it appears we have no rights when it comes to who calls in and that is wrong.  If I could do without a phone, I would.
