This moron continues to call me regarding the Houston Chronicle.  I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST and have told him to stop and he continues to call.  When I told him to stop he said he didn't have to.

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

I didn't pick up when they called. Google search showed an insurance company.
I called them back, the answering voice said they were selling subscriptions to the Houston Chronicle

They keep calling my cell phone even though I asked them to stop calling me. Caller says she's calling from "Shopping".
