Received a hang-up from this Houston Texas area number. Anyone else getting calls from this number? Thanks!

Just got a call from this number. Male operator asked if I was Mr. [last name], then hung up.

I received a call from this number and caller ID said NAME UNAVAILABLE. I let my answering machine pick it up, listened, and heard several people in the background trying to sell something. The caller did not say anything and hung up.
