Bill Dickson, Calling to say I won the "American Lottery" but would have to pay taxes, etc. Law Firm giving discount, normally $3,000 plus but for only $285.00 I can get my prize of $200,000. Gave references, Better Business approval etc. I called the BBB who said it was a scram. Then I called my daughter a retired FBI Agent - she went nuts on me for constantly sending in stuff to Publishers Clearing House, etc. saying they sale people's information etc. I have hung up on this person but now they keep calling, and calling and calling. It is a FRAUD. You never pay upfront if you win something. Now I need to get a different phone number so they will stop calling!
