Have received several calls talking about lawsuit and jail time

Claims to be from the IRS and says legal action is being taken against me. Considering that:

1 - This guy can barely speak English
2 - I don't owe the IRS anything
3 - The IRS would send information via certified letter

This is clearly a scam.

Funny when i told them i was law enforcement and would turn over to my fraud unit they got very irritated and hung up.  Sopke to 3 people that barely spoke english.....i hope this is not what IRS has become....foreign country collecting our taxes

Have been getting calls from this number saying they are the IRS and there is a warrant for my arrest for tax audit. I questioned them and they could barely understand my questions. They had foreign accents and could not tell me which regional office of the IRS they were calling from.
