Called, left no message. The search I did shows this is a Southwestern Bell line in Sugar Land Texas. I do not recognize the number.

Voice said can you hear me. This has been reported on the news as part of a scam so I did not respond

Asked "Can you hear me" in hopes I'd say "yes" to the recording to allow them use my Yes to agree to a service. I responded with Who is calling instead. Recording said I was registered for something but since I didn't fall for for the scam I should be ok. Hope you did't say YES to that question.
