I received a call from someone who said that he worked for the Internal Revenue Service and that I owed money from a loan that I took out with Advance Payday USA. He said that he had a warrant and that I would be arrested within 3 hours. He said that I could speak with an attorney named Damon Marshall and make arrangements to pay the debt.

This number claimed to be a Credit Bureau & could not approve a loan without me sending a Green dot payment of $287.22 to raise my credit score so that I could get the loan.

The called pretending that they are American but they have a heavy accent.  They state that they are from Jack Peterson Legal Services.  I hung up for I know that it is a scam.  

Got a call saying they were from Lending Club said I was Approved for a 10,000 dollar loan. I said how about 5,000 he said no problem 8 percent 196.00 for 28 months that only comes to 5,488.00 after making all the payments. I'd say Scam give me your account so I can bleed it dry. No Thank you
