Called 3 times, didn't answer, no message. Called back, got "nonworking number" recording. Safe to say it's a scan of some sort.

caller ID said GRAETTINGER IA I "answered" but said nothing, I could hear lots of activity in the background, then they hung up when I didn't say anything.
