This telemarketer called on me cell phone about 20 minutes ago. That should be a double WHAMMY - calling someone on the Do-Not-Call list plus calling a cell phone to telemarket a scam. Why hasn't the FCC or FTC cited this outfit and put them out of business?

Got call and caller ID said it was from Iowa. I didn't answer and they didn't leave voicemail.
