whoever is using this number is giving out credit card numbers and trying to get people to use the number and keep some fo the money and send the rest too them. Example: use this card number and withdraw $2800.00 and keep $1000.00 and send me the $1800.00. obviously whoever these low life's are they are giving out stolen credit card information.
