I just received a call from this number as well. Person requesting that I obtain an attorney. Although the person identifies himself as a Mr. Ferdandez he sounds as though he is from India. I researched the number over the internet and did not find a viable business. I'm blocking these calls. I don't owe anyone any money so, I will not allow someone to scam me!

I just got the call and barely could understand either person I spoke to. The first person told me he is transferring me to a paralegal. Then Tyson Walker came on and told me to get an attorney because I am going to jail for bank fraud. I asked him not to call back and he called four more times. My husband took the last call and he told my husband he is going to jail for supporting a criminal, meaning me. lol. He said the name of the Law Firm is Corvet and Paulson. 423 6th Street, Sioux Falls, Iowa, 51102.  Phone is 712-283-4255. I called Morgan and Morgan lawyers who said if they continue to harass me, to call them back and they will review a potential case.

Don't answer this call he is a scam trying to obtain social security numbers, and personal information. I called him back and informed him he was breaking the law. he hung up so i called him back and said, "Further if anyone has a lawsuit against them they will have papers served to them or over the mail never by phone". when I told him this he said "stop calling me f******* a**". So I called one more time and never heard from him again.

i just got off the phone with a Mr. Walker..  i could not understand him, so i dont know if he said Clyde or Tyson...  i asked him for the name of the company, where he was located at and the address..  he did not give me the address, he wanted to know why i needed it and went to yelling at me, he said about tomorrow ..then i asked him why he was calling me and he told me to F--- Y-- and hung up.

I have gotten this same call all day today
