called at 8:07pm, no message left.  Fifth similar call this evening, all from same area code & exchange

We have been receiving calls from 712-275-4852--Caller ID lists Schaller, IA

We get these calls to and when you re-dial you get a message that this number is not in service. They called one night, hung up when we answered and we immediately redialed and it wasn't in service???
