This is some type of a bill or debt collector from Schaller, Iowa (712) 275 - 4821.  It is an unlisted number, and they keep calling my phone looking for someone that I never heard of.  They are very annoying, calling all hours of the day and night. Greedy old debt and bill collectors I think.
