I am getting calls from the above number. Does anyone know who they are?

They are a collection agency.  The loser that had my cell phone number gets calls from all of them.

Called me today, at 3:09 pm,  claim its for [another name besides me]wants me to call back and gives me a reference number.  They say it is not a sales or marketing call.  They tell me to call a different number than the one shown on caller ID.

They gave me a reference number. Want me to call back. Sounds like Noll Collection agency.  Online research appears to be this link:

I recommend Lutheran Social Services if the debts legitimate.  If they market you, 70% chances it is a scam.
