This number called me eight times in one day. Four of those times within an hour. I would pick up and no one would answer. I called back on a different phone and a man answered. He wouldn"t give any information. All he said was "this is the person who answers the phone".

This number called one of my children's phone 6 times in one day, 3 of those times were between 10:30pm and after Midnight.  The 712 area code is Council Bluffs, Iowa.  This harassment is outside our state of residence, my children are minors, and it is being done over the public use telephone system.  The list of Federal complaints is mounting.
