Started as automated call from "your" credit card, offering a lower rate.  Press 9 to lower your rate.

I pressed to find out who was calling and to have my number removed - my cards usually announce who they are - the guy on the other end immediately asked me if I pressed 9 to lower my rate.  I said I pressed 9 to find out who was calling me - he said they were a Visa and Mastercard Service Center, and gave no name, then when I told him I did not need lower rates at this time, he called me "a lying sack of sh--."  I hung up...
