Some guy with a jewish accent called and said I won and hung up

Yes Tony is at work again.  There are other posts for the same call from different numbers.  This is a vacation time share sell. Bone headed Tony has been convinced he is not breaking the law with his actions.  However, they are bound by the Do Not Call list.  Even if you have filled out a card for some give away and they cannot address you by your name they are scam artists.

Tony probably dropped out of college and is trying to make his way on the dark side.

Must be a scam.  Robocalled at 7:35 A.M.  "...numerous attempts to reach you....you have won...."
