I have received a few phone calls from a man that calls himself "Tony", leaving messages saying he has made numerous attempts to call me regarding a prize. He acknowledges that he knows I'm on the Do Not Call Registry, but says he's only calling because I put my number out there to win something. He also says I've won one of the top four prizes and it's urgent that I call him right away. I returned the call once advising him that he needs to remove my number from his call list, but I received another call anyway with the same pre-recorded message.
