I get this call every once or twice. When I pick up the phone IVRS message prompts call from <pause> to accept press 1 to decline press 2. When I press 1 another I receive another prompt Press 1 to dial, 2 to cancel. When press one on the second prompt bell starts ringing but no one picks up. How can I put a stop such calls?

calls almost every day.. no one says anything when i pick up.. and then they hang up.  very annoying.  never leaves messages either.
