Called at 7:38 AM. Electric rate scam, likely targeted to seniors. Told her she was breaking the law just by the early hour, and that she's trying to scam me. She said she's trying to protect me because companies can change my provider without my knowledge or permission, which isn't true because ComEd does notify customers first. She was quite insistent, but finally gave up. I'm going to try to file a complaint with FCC.
