Very persistent telemarketer. Calls several times a day from Berwyn IL. Tried to call their number to see who they were but all I got was a constant busy signal.

Someone with aheavy Indian accent calling with something about the electricity rates. The caller ID said Berwyn, IL. He was probably calling from Mumbai.
