This seems to be a randomly generated caller ID number, in other words, a scammer using a short term fake caller ID that will probably change quickly. This is the usual scammer known as "Racheal From Card Holder Services" but in this case, they slightly changed it to "Veronica from lender services". These scammers have been at this for more than fifteen years. I find it astounding that our government can't or won't shut them down. God help them if I find them.
