Just received a call from this number. I picked up the phone and received an automated message. Funny thing is, the message said it was a "place holder file" and that the user needed to record their own message before actually using the system :)  Guess I was just one of the lucky ones to be the first on his scammer list :(

Got a call from this number but no one on other line.  I'm on the do not call registry.  When I hung up noticed there was a voice mail message which I didn't answer.  I know this is a scammer or vendor - I can tell.

Got a call from this number also.  They left a message that was difficult to understand.  it said i won something, couldn't understand what I had supposedly won.  Also said they were not solicitors or survey callers.  I did not call back.

Sounds like I got the same message as John. The message on my machine said "This is a ultra voice file messenger place file. You will need to record over this place file to use this script". Pretty bad when the scammers can't even get their message straight!
