I also was charged 4.55 on 11/20. My credit union's security was "compromised" a few months ago and they sent us new cards. But the new cards have both received fraudulent charges. Those of you who mention government accounts makes me wonder if they didn't hack into North Carolina's system.

this is a confirmed scammer. get a new card and xfer your money out of that account. also dispute the 4.55$ charge

This number is a scam.  Global e-business charged my card $7.55....Cancel your card - get your money out of it and dispute the 7.55 charge....

Didn't get any phone calls. Just had a charge show up on my government credit card statement for $7.55. Charge is dated 10/19/09.

I recieve a text saying my card had been cancelled and to call a 800 number. the next day 7.55 charge for late or unsolicitated, came up on my statement.
